Would-be automobile burglar shot in automobile by house owner: ‘I cannot return to jail’
A home-owner shot and killed a would-be automobile thief in Texas who refused to depart the premises and mentioned he would “not return to jail,” in accordance with authorities.

The incident unfolded at about 9 p.m. Thursday night in Kingwood, when the house owner was alerted to motion on his driveway. The house owner then discovered the 23-year-old suspect sitting in his automobile.
The house owner, who was armed, requested the suspect to depart the automobile, however the suspect turned “aggressive,” authorities mentioned. The house owner then fired twice on the suspect and died.
