Portland police are trying to find a sufferer who could have been attacked with a big stick on July 22 within the Northwest District neighborhood.
The Portland PD’s Central Precinct Neighborhood Response Staff has been investigating the incident since a video of the potential assault was posted to social media in July, police mentioned.

The Portland PD launched footage of the attainable assault on Thursday, which exhibits the unnamed suspect approaching the sufferer with what seems to be a big stick, after which it ends abruptly.
The response staff has since recognized a suspect and decided that the potential assault occurred on Northwest 23rd Avenue and Northwest Flanders Road.
“A suspect has been recognized, however officers want to talk to the sufferer seen within the video,” Portland police mentioned in a press launch together with a video of the incident.

Police aren’t sharing any extra details about the incident as their investigation is ongoing.
