Maryland basketball suspends assistant coach over arrest linked to soliciting prostitute
An assistant coach for the Maryland Terps males’s basketball group has been suspended for reportedly searching for companies from a prostitute — in the end revealed to be a guise by an undercover police officer.
Assistant Bruce Shingler, 40, was arrested in Oct. after arranging a gathering together with his nameless on-line contact, who supplied ministrations at a modest $80.

Shingler traveled to an agreed-upon resort in Largo, Maryland — as famous by CBS Sports activities — and was arrested.
The Terrapins introduced a 30-day suspension for Shingler.
Maryland basketball’s teaching workers has been challenged with a number of changes up to now two months: having to insert assistant Danny Manning as interim head coach when longtime coach Mark Turgeon left this system in December.
