Simpkins faces three counts of aggravated assault with a lethal weapon, WFAA reported. Photographs allegedly fired by Simpkins hit Selby within the arm, leg, chest and abdomen – and struck a trainer who tried to interrupt up the struggle. A bullet grazed one other scholar.
