Fan arrested after allegedly hitting Browns proprietor Jimmy Haslam with water bottle

A fan was arrested for assault after allegedly throwing a water bottle and hitting Cleveland Browns proprietor Jimmy Haslam close to the tip of the crew’s loss to the New York Jets on Sunday.

Jeffrey Miller, 51, was captured on stadium video surveillance throwing the bottle, in keeping with Cleveland police.

The Jets had simply scored a go-ahead landing with 22 seconds left within the contest on a go from quarterback Joe Flacco to receiver Garrett Wilson when Haslam was seen on video getting hit by the bottle as he was strolling towards an finish zone tunnel.

The crew reportedly plans to ban Miller from FirstEnergy Stadium.

The Browns had been main 30-17 with 1:55 left earlier than the Jets scored 14 factors in a minute to safe the 31-30 victory.
