Charles Barkley rips new NCAA chief’s plan to speak to lawmakers on NIL: ‘Our legislators are terrible folks’

Charles Barkley on Thursday night time took challenge with new NCAA president Charlie Baker’s plan to deal with issues about identify, picture and likeness (NIL) offers in collegiate athletics.
