Little one with autism hit by practice
ATLANTA, Ga. (CBS46) – An investigation is underway after a baby with autism was hit by a practice Thursday night.
Emergency crews responded to Melvin Drive SW. east of Kimberly Street.
“The kid is alert, aware, and respiratory. The kid sustained non-life-threatening accidents and lacerations to the arm and again of the pinnacle,“ officers confirmed to CBS46 Information.
The kid was rushed to Grady Hospital.
CSX officers launched an announcement saying, ”CSX appreciates the swift response of the Atlanta police and are cooperating with them as they examine an incident that occurred at round 9 p.m. at a railroad crossing on Melvin Dr. SW, simply east of the intersection with Kimberly Rd. SW.”
