A former West Liberty College president whose contract was not renewed final 12 months has been retained as a advisor, a college official stated.
W. Franklin Evans is now a analysis analyst and government advisor on the college, Board of Governors chairman Wealthy Lucas advised The Intelligencer and Wheeling Information-Register.
After the 12-member Board of Governors declined in August to increase Evans’ contract, it started discussing the brand new function with him, Lucas stated.
