Travis Williams, 18, was arrested and charged Tuesday with one felony depend every of vehicular hijacking, kidnapping-force or menace of drive, and illegal vehicular invasion.

On April 21, 2021, Williams carjacked a automobile belonging to a 33-year-old male within the 1200 block of W. Winnemac of Chicago, police said.
