UP Police lodges FIR against Editor of the Wire Sidharth Vardarajan

New Delhi: An FIR has been registered on Wednesday towards the Editor of digital media outlet, The Wire, for a weblog about Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath which allegedly made derogatory remarks towards the CM which unfold hatred within the society.

The FIR was registered on Mondy by Nitish Kumar Shrivastav, the SHO of Kotwali Nagar in Ayodhya.
