A bench comprising the CJI and justices B R Gavai and Surya Kant expressed its view on fixing some expertise standards for attorneys to seem earlier than the highest court docket when senior advocate and Supreme Court docket Bar Affiliation (SCBA) president Dushyant Dave raised the difficulty of difficulties being confronted by advocates in getting the issues listed for pressing listening to.
