Second N-Plant At TN’s Kudankulam Stops Operation

Chennai: The second 1,000 MW nuclear energy unit at Kudankulam, owned by the Nuclear Energy Company of India Ltd (NPCIL) stopped energy technology on Saturday, stated Energy System Operation Company Ltd (POSOCO).

The atomic energy plant stopped technology about 12.30 a.m. on Saturday owing to “SG level low”, the corporate added.

The anticipated date of the unit’s revival is just not recognized.

The NPCIL has two 1,000 MW nuclear energy vegetation at Kudankulam Nuclear Energy Mission (KNPP) constructed with Russian tools.
