Trump ally Tom Barrack dismisses overseas agent allegations as NYC trial opens: ‘Nothing in need of ridiculous’

The lawyer representing an ally and former marketing campaign adviser for former President Donald Trump rejected accusations that his shopper had acted as a overseas agent as “nothing in need of ridiculous” because the federal trial in opposition to California billionaire Thomas J. Barrack, an Arabic speaker of Lebanese descent, was arrested final 12 months and launched on $250 million bail. Each he and Grimes have pleaded not responsible.
