Sen. Mike Lee says Biden is ‘not properly’ throughout State of the Union speech

Senator Mike Lee, R-Utah, tweeted that President Joe Biden is “not properly” as he delivered his State of the Union speech Tuesday evening.

Lee tweeted his tackle Biden’s speech because the president delivered his joint handle to Congress.

“He’s not properly,” the Utah senator tweeted.

President Biden opened his State of the Union handle with a gaffe, incorrectly calling Senate Majority Chief Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., the “minority chief.”
