Jacob Chansley, the Navy veteran and Jan. 6, 2021 rioter dubbed the “QAnon Shamn” for his notorious horned costume, has been launched from jail to a midway home, in accordance with his lawyer.
“For the document: Jake is out on schedule,” Chansley’s lawyer Invoice Shipley tweeted early Thursday morning.
“I advised him 16 months in the past in our first dialog it could be Feb. or Mar. 2023,” Shipley stated. “BOP [Federal Bureau of Prisons] math. I didn’t do something extraordinary–this was at all times the schedule, I simply understood it and will clarify it to him. He was anticipating 12 extra mos.”
