The federal choose presiding over Steve Bannon’s legal contempt trial denied the protection’s request to delay the trial for one month.

Choose Nichols in the end stated that the letters might be admitted, though there have been discussions about whether or not to redact parts of them to restrict the scope of what jurors might see.
