New Delhi: There are over 1,000 vacant posts within the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) towards its sanctioned power, the Rajya Sabha was instructed on Thursday.
Out of the sanctioned power of 5,532, a complete of 4,503 had been stuffed leaving a emptiness of 1,029, in accordance to a knowledge given by Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh in a written reply.
“The CBI is taking active steps to fill up these vacancies,” he mentioned.
