Munger Violence: CISF Report Says Local Police Fired First

Patna: The Central Industrial Safety Pressure (CISF) has submitted a report on the October 26 violence in Bihar’s Munger to the Election Fee. It has said that the firing was first executed by the native police and when the state of affairs went uncontrolled, the CISF additionally fired later within the air.

On Friday, the Munger Police claimed that 100 rounds of bullets and two magazines have been lacking from the Purab Sarai police station. This police station was vandalised by agitators on Thursday who weren’t glad with the police motion.

Native residents claimed that firing was executed by the Munger Police on Monday evening round 11.45 p.m., leaving one particular person lifeless and several other others injured.

Earlier, the Bihar Police had claimed that the firing was executed by some anti-social parts and never by the police.

The violence passed off because the locals have been on their solution to immerse the Durga idol on the finish of the Navratri days.
