The Meghalaya Authorities has determined to shut all entry factors to the state for every week each month.

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Thursday took to Twitter to share the information.
In response to CM Sangma, that is being executed to launch the burden on the state’s well being, frontline employees and the district administration because of the COVID-19 outbreak.
“Government has decided to close all entry points to #Meghalaya for 1 week every month in the next 3 months starting Sept 2020. This is being done to unburden our health, frontline workers, and the respective District Administration engaged in intensive surveillance for Covid_19,” CM Sangma stated in a tweet.
