Studying lags looming | Kurier – Austria

Turkish colleges will reopen on Monday after virtually no face-to-face courses because the begin of the pandemic. State colleges and personal colleges are worlds aside when it comes to preparation, instructor’s union activist Feray Aytekin Aydoğan complains in Birgün:

“Our actuality is overcrowded colleges and courses with 40, 50, 60 youngsters. In a single and a half years no further lecture rooms have been organised and never sufficient lecturers have been employed. And below these situations we’re supposed to keep up social distance. … At non-public colleges, however, catch-up classes started on August 23. The disparity between private and non-private colleges has worsened through the epidemic. Thousands and thousands of pupils are severely behind of their studying. However what we’re seeing in lecturers’ committees is that the Ministry of Schooling has made no preparations in anyway to compensate for this example.”
