Keanu Reeves pays emotional tribute to Lance Reddick: ‘f—ing sucks he’s not right here’

Keanu Reeves is honoring his late “John Wick” co-star Lance Reddick.

After Reddick’s surprising loss of life final Friday, Reeves candidly spoke out concerning the actor and expressed that it “f—ing sucks he’s not right here.”

“Lance was a stupendous particular person, a particular artist… a person of grace and dignity… such a ardour for his craft,” Reeves mentioned throughout an interview with Deadline.

Reeves’ tribute to his expensive good friend comes on the heels of the movie franchise’s latest installment “John Wick: Chapter 4.”

The 58-year-old actor donned a black swimsuit with an identical tie and navy blue collared shirt beneath. A blue ribbon was pinned to his lapel in honor of Reddick.

Along with starring in all 4 of the “John Wick” motion pictures, Reddick was identified for his roles in “The Wire,” “Fringe,” “Bosch,” “Oz,” “White Home Down,” “Godzilla vs. Kong” and “Misplaced,” amongst many different movie and TV tasks.

He died immediately of pure causes on Friday morning, his publicist Mia Hansen confirmed in an announcement to The Related Press.

Reddick’s spouse Stephanie broke her silence following the actor’s sudden loss of life.

Stephanie, who married Reddick in 2011, shared a tribute to her late husband on his verified social media accounts and expressed her gratitude to his followers for his or her condolences.

“Lance was taken from us far too quickly,” she wrote on Instagram Saturday together with 4 images of the “John Wick” star, together with considered one of his “Future” online game character Commander Zavala.

Reddick portrayed Charon, a Continental Lodge concierge and shut ally to Wick, in all 4 installments of the franchise. The fourth movie debuts in theaters on March 24, 2023.
