Court Dismisses Nirbhaya Convict’s Plea Seeking Medical Care

New Delhi: A Delhi court docket on Saturday dismissed a petition filed by one of many Nirbhaya convicts searching for remedy for psychological sickness, schizophrenia and accidents in head and arm.

Whereas searching for a route to shift Vinay to the Institute of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences (IHBAS) in Delhi for “high level treatment”, his counsel A.P. Singh had contended that his shopper is affected by psychological sickness and schizophrenia.

Vinay has exhausted all these authorized treatments. He, together with three different convicts, are scheduled to be hanged on March three at 6 a.m. for the brutal gang-rape and homicide of a 23-year-old lady within the nationwide capital in December 2012.
