Mumbai: A city-based lawyer on Thursday filed a legal grievance towards actor Kangana Ranaut for allegedly posting a “malicious” tweet towards the judiciary after a neighborhood court docket ordered the registration of an FIR towards her.
The police have already summoned Ranaut and her sister for questioning subsequent week after a case was registered towards them on the Bandra Metropolitan Justice of the Peace’s order on one other grievance.

In his grievance earlier than the Andheri Justice of the Peace Court docket, lawyer Ali Kaashif Khan Deshmukh additionally accused Ranaut of sedition and inflicting disharmony between two spiritual teams by way of her tweets.
The Bollywood actor had “no respect for varied communities of India, law of the land and authorised government bodies” and even made enjoyable of the judiciary, it said.
Following the Bandra court docket’s order to the police to register a First Data Report towards her, Ranaut posted “malicious and defamatory” tweets towards the judiciary, terming it as “Papu Sena”, the grievance said.
The matter shall be heard within the Andheri court docket on November 10.

Final week, the Bandra Metropolitan Justice of the Peace’s court docket had ordered the police to analyze a grievance filed by Munawwar Ali Sayyed, a Bollywood casting director and health coach, which referred to Ranaut’s and her sister Rangoli Chandel’s tweets and different statements.
