Biker Removes Mask & Spit On Manipuri Woman In Mumbai; FIR Registered

Mumbai police have booked an unidentified biker for allegedly spitting on a 25-year-old Manipuri girl whereas she was strolling on a highway at Mumbai’s Kalina on Monday afternoon.

Terming the incident a ‘racial discrimination’ the Nationwide Fee for Girls (NCW) tweeted: “Yet another case of racial discrimination amid #COVID19outbreak, a miscreant spat on a northeastern girl at Kalina Market area in Mumbai. NCW will look into this matter for appropriate action.”

An analogous incident happened at Delhi’s Vijay Nagar a number of days in the past when a middle-aged man spat on a Manipuri woman and known as her ‘coronavirus’ earlier than fleeing away on his scooter.
