9-Year-Old Shillong Girl Develops Anti-Bullying App

A 9-year-old woman from Meghalaya’s capital Shillong has created an ‘Anti-Bullying App’ which is able to assist kids report their bullies anonymously and alert their academics, guardians, and associates.

Meaidaibahun Majaw, a Class four pupil from Nonghymmai created the app after she herself confronted repeated bullying by different college students, experiences information company PTI.

Chatting with PTI, Dasumarlin Majaw, her mom mentioned that Meaidaibahun woman had enrolled in an app-development course in September, 2019 and realized the abilities inside a couple of months and has developed 40 apps.

“She would attend classes for an hour every day. Before we knew, Meaidaibahun had come up with 40 apps,” Dasumarlin, who runs at resort at Tyrna in East Khasi Hills,” Dasumarlin Majaw informed PTI.
