62 Killed In Twin Blasts In Afghan Mosque

Kabul: At the least 62 individuals had been killed and round 60 others had been wounded in two blasts inside a mosque in Nangarhar province of Afghanistan throughout Friday prayers.

Attaullah Khogyani, the spokesperson for the Nangarhar governor, confirmed the toll.

The mosque is within the Jaw Dara space of the Haska Meyna district of Nangarhar.

The incident happened at roughly 1.30 p.m., Khogyani mentioned, Tolo Information reported.
