2 Youth Escape From Quarantine Centre In Manipur To Meet Girlfriends, Return With Liquor, Cigarettes For Inmates

Two inmates of a quarantine centre in Manipur’s Tamenglong district escaped the ability to satisfy their girlfriends, collected their bikes from house and returned again to the quarantine centre with liquor, ganja and cigarettes.

After they returned they introduced eight litres of native made alcohol, 4 packages of ganja and cigarettes to promote these gadgets to different inmates on the quarantine centre.

The whole story got here to gentle when an official on the quarantine centre caught them distributing the alcohol and cigarettes.

Tamenglong Deputy Commissioner Armstrong Pame shared the story of the escape and return in a Fb publish on Thursday.

He wrote, “2 returnees escaped To meet their GF s and came back having collected their bike from home. 8 litres of local made liqour brought to one Qurantine Centre as ordered by some Quarantinees. 4 packages of Gangja and Cigarettes being demanded by one of the Quarantinees..and caught while being delivered.”

“While your parents and relatives are excited that you are home and eagerly awaits your completion of Quarantine period. Why cant your desire to consume these intoxicants be controlled?,” the DC questioned.

“How do we punish them…we are running out of option to punish them as Jails are one wants to beat them up for fear of Human rights violation..even if we impose fines you can easily pay it because you will recover by selling your supply at higher rates..we cant Quarantine you bec we cant feed u or has no more space !!!” he additional wrote.

“I and my Team here in the district is truly clueless on how to deal with you both these rotten Returnees and those local thugs supporting them,” the DC added.
